ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) was identified well over a hundred years ago - yet
there are no answers, no treatments, no cure. As many people get ALS as get
Multiple Sclerosis - but due to the swift terminal progression of ALS - there is
not enough research money invested to find a treatment or a cure.
2.5 years ago we were told that our amazing husband and son, Josh, has ALS (Lou Gehrig's
Disease).
To be told there is no hope is devastating beyond belief. But a Mother's love
believes beyond believing ...and I have to believe that there is an answer -
that we can find the answer and find a cure for Josh and for the hundreds of
thousands of bright vital ALS patients world wide that are trapped within their
paralyzed failing bodies. Time is not our friend - we URGENTLY need an effective
treatment or cure.
